GRILLED TUNA SANDWICH

Ingredients
Tuna 8 oz
Miller’s Mustard 1 oz
Pickled Cucumbers ½ oz
Pickled Onions ½ oz
Flat Bread 2 slice
Pickling Marinade
Combine 2 parts Red Wine Vinegar, 1 part water and sugar (Ratio of 1 oz. of water equals .1 oz of sugar). Bring ingredients to a boil and remove from heat. Add cucumbers and onions and let marinade.
Method
- Grill/Toast flat bread
- Grill tuna to preferred doneness
- Spread Miller’s Mustard, pickled cucumbers and pickled onions on flat bread
- On top add tuna.
- Can be served open face or as a sandwich
