TWO GREAT DEVILED EGGS RECIPES

 

DEVILED EGGS

  1. Hard boil 12 eggs
  2. Remove shells
  3. Slice in half lengthwise
  4. Remove yolks
  5. In a medium sized bowl, mesh the yokes to a fine consistency
  6. Add the following:
    1. 2/3 cup of Mayonnaise
    2. 1/3 cup of Miller’s Hot and Sweet Mustard
    3. 1 Tablespoon of sweet relish
  7. Blend ingredients and spoon back into egg white halves. 

 Note:  Increase/Decrease the amount of Mayonnaise/Miller’s Mustard to alter heat level.

 

DEVILED EGGS ROYALE

  1. Hard boil 6 eggs
  2. Remove shells
  3. Slice in half lengthwise
  4. Remove yolks
  5. In a food processor, add the following ingredients:
    1. 6 egg yolks
    2. 3 Tablespoons of Miller’s Hot and Sweet Mustard
    3. 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
    4. 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
    5. ¼ teaspoon of salt
    6. ¼ teaspoon of pepper
  6. Blend ingredients and spoon back into egg white halves
