TWO GREAT DEVILED EGGS RECIPES
DEVILED EGGS

Hard boil 12 eggs
-
Remove shells
-
Slice in half lengthwise

Remove yolks
-
In a medium sized bowl, mesh the yokes to a fine consistency
-
Add the following:
- 2/3 cup of Mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup of Miller’s Hot and Sweet Mustard
- 1 Tablespoon of sweet relish

Blend ingredients and spoon back into egg white halves.
Note: Increase/Decrease the amount of Mayonnaise/Miller’s Mustard to alter heat level.
DEVILED EGGS ROYALE

Hard boil 6 eggs

Remove shells
-
Slice in half lengthwise

Remove yolks

In a food processor, add the following ingredients:
- 6 egg yolks
- 3 Tablespoons of Miller’s Hot and Sweet Mustard
- 2 teaspoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons of lemon juice
- ¼ teaspoon of salt
- ¼ teaspoon of pepper

Blend ingredients and spoon back into egg white halves
